Probably Ted Knight’s best role after Ted Baxter was Henry Rush. Really the whole cast was good. Nancy Dussault had a lot of funny moments as Muriel and I had a childhood crush on both Lydia Cornell and Deborah Van Valkenburgh as Jackie and Sarah.

A local PI is better but maybe not an option in a small town. Honestly you just take your shot for ones you search for locally and if not local national companies.

For a shitty sitcom from 1985, they did a fairly decent job at trying to make a point to the sort of 1985 dipshit that would be watching "Too Close For Comfort". Some of you are latching onto certain lines in the show as if those lines were written to serve the underlying theme of the narrative. They weren't.
