Weirdly enough, Currys dictated my future career path through their bad customer service. Years ago, I was on the dole. I wanted to do an IT course through eSolas. Had cleared it with the DSP and all was good to go. However, I needed a laptop to do said course. So, I scraped the last of my monies together and bought one in-store in Currys.

Currys employee here (Customer Service), had a similar case to this. When an order is cancelled you would get an email confirmation to confirm the order has been cancelled and it would take 3-5 working days for it to be refunded back to your account.

May 22, 2021 · Chargebacks only work on first 45 days for debit card payments, CC can be done, reason I would avoid that for now is Currys will simply reply it was collected. If they refuse to provide evidance who or when collected then you can use that with CC provider
