Thomas Kevin Rees (born May 22, 1992) is an American football coach and former player who is the offensive coordinator for the Cleveland Browns of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football as a quarterback at Notre Dame from 2010 to 2013.

Tommy Rees joined Nick Saban's staff at The University of Alabama in February of 2023 to serve as the Crimson Tide's offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach. He arrived in Tuscaloosa after six years coaching the Notre Dame quarterbacks (2017-22) while coordinating the Fighting Irish's offense over the past three seasons (2020-22).
