Mar 24, 2023 · If you are required to report your company’s beneficial ownership information to FinCEN, you will do so electronically through a secure filing system available via FinCEN’s BOI E-Filing website (https://boiefiling.fincen.gov).
FinCEN will begin accepting BOIRs electronically through its secure filing system January 1, 2024. FinCEN will not accept BOIRs prior to January 1, 2024. If a reporting company already exists as of January 1, 2024, it must file its initial BOIR by January 1, 2025.
Have the required identifying information (or FinCEN ID) available for beneficial owners and company applicants (if applicable).
