Ozaukee County’s most famous barns are the octagonal shaped barns built by the Clausing family. As you drive around the county you will see old Clausing barns as well as reproductions of the unique architectural style.

The school marm, dressed in authentic 1880 period costume, and using books and materials of that day, teaches the children what it was like to attend school in Ozaukee County 100 years ago, and encourages an appreciation for the education system of today.
