Matthew Kenneth Rhule (born January 31, 1975) is an American college football coach and former linebacker. He is the head football coach for the University of Nebraska–Lincoln, a position he has held since 2023.

Matt Rhule is in his third season as Nebraska’s head coach entering the 2025 campaign. The 31st head coach in school history, Rhule has led the Cornhuskers to a 12 wins in his two seasons, including Nebraska's first winning season in eight years in 2024.

Matt Rhule is in his third season as Baylor head coach in 2019. After leading the Bears to 11 wins, a No. 7 national ranking and their first berth in the Big 12 Championship, Rhule was voted the Chuck Neinas Coach of the Year by his peers.
