Gregory Boyd Penner (born December 18, 1969) is an American businessman who is the chairman of Walmart and co-owner and CEO of the Denver Broncos of the National Football League (NFL). He is the son-in-law of S. Robson Walton and the grandson-in-law of Sam Walton , the founder of Walmart.

Greg Penner is in his third season as Owner & Chief Executive Officer of the Denver Broncos in 2024. He is designated as controlling owner of the Walton-Penner Family Ownership Group, which was unanimously approved by the NFL to purchase the Broncos on Aug. 9, 2022.
