May 11, 2021 · Actually not a bad idea from Nvidia to make this kind of a GPU. In countries like India where PC parts are absurdly expensive and a lot of teenage and young adult gamers are getting more and more into online competitive games, low-end (1650, 1660ti, etc) gaming laptops are in hot demand.

Sep 4, 2022 · 3050 will do fine in most cases unless you're rendering. I'd say throw 16GB RAM and a 6-8 core CPU > 3.4Ghz (eg Ryzen 7 5800X, i5 12600K) at it and see how you go. Good single thread CPU performance will help a lot.

Apr 2, 2023 · Pretty much only card that runs it perfectly is 4090, 3090/ti, or 4080. And thats ignoring some of the mem leaks that happen just bc bugs. 3050 is pretty low end. Particularly laptop version. But it will work. We have a 1080 lumion machine that is pretty much just a tiny step up from the 3050 and no1 at the office likes using it bc its slow.
