However, traffic still continues to flow through the tunnel properly. After some time, the IKE Gateway Status light returns to green. Is this normal?

Dec 22, 2021 · When status is red, there is not much you can do. I would give log collector reboot. If the issue continues after reboot, I would generate tech-support file and open ticket.

Oct 24, 2020 · I observe the firewall interface is showing RED. Below is the troubleshooting I have done:- I have checked no LED indication on the device after connecting the cable for all interface. Rebooted firewall from GUI and hard reboot as well. We changed the ethernet cable.

The PWR LED on the front of the firewall shows green if one or both power adapters are connected to the back power inputs. If both power adapters are connected and one power adapter fails, the PWR LED on the back of the firewall turns off and the ALM LED turns red.
