This is a list of development aid agencies which provide regional and international development aid or assistance, divided between national (mainly OECD countries) and international organizations.

Most donors give the majority of their aid directly to developing countries (known as bilateral or government-to-government aid) and channel some of their funds through multilateral organizations such as the World Bank or UN agencies like UNICEF (multilateral aid). This chapter limits its discussion to bilateral aid and donors.
