That would imply that they are drawing an equivalency between the friend and the person in the gif, and suggesting they are just both "pretending" to be a man. Now imagine if, instead of gender dysphoria, we were talking about a different body dysphoria like weight dysphoria.

May 2, 2020 · In 1985, yes. Society was more homophobic and we were a few years into the AIDS crisis. Not only was it an automatic and painful death back then, but lots of misinformation flew around. Like you could get it from just touching a gay person, for instance. Nobody drank bleach, though, or even gave it any thought. New Coke was bad enough.

Jul 29, 2023 · A part of the William Zabka trilogy. A great 80’s flick. They could never make this movie now. It was a movie of its time but some of what is in the movie would upset a lot of people I think. It was a different time. This was one I’d watch a ton growing up.
