Joël Bouchard (born January 23, 1974) is a Canadian professional ice hockey coach and former defenceman who played in the National Hockey League (NHL) with eight teams for parts of eleven seasons between 1994–2008.

Bouchard, 50, enters his second season as head coach of the Crunch after he was hired on June 26, 2023. In his first campaign, Bouchard led the Crunch to a 39-24-4-5 record and guided the team to the North Division Finals for the first time since 2018.
