We took her to the vet as soon as we had her trapped and she did fine through the surgery and healed fast. It has nothing to do with greed or indifference. Veterinary care is the ideal, but not always possible in the situation of a feral who has been previously trapped and not able to be trapped again.

I scruffed him, took him to a cat professional for evaluation, best guess: sprain or tore tendon (TD showed no reaction to his limbs being manipulated.)
