Jul 13, 2009 · Keyser is across the bridge from McCoole, MD and also PA. You should check out Harper's Ferry if you are interested in being close to Frederick but Hedgesville is the closest area to Hagerstown. My guess is taxes will be higher in Hedgesville than Harper's Ferry.
