So to the NHTSA they all look fake and actual problems are a needle in a hay stack. He was still doing it last time I checked my car's recalls.

I don't there is a way for a regulatory agency to "review" a system that takes a billion miles to validate in the real world. I agree regression testing seems very important which is another reason I'm skeptical about the end-to-end architecture.
