Warner Chappell Music U.S. Latin has signed a worldwide administration deal with Yandel. Signed to Warner Music Latina as a solo artist, Yandel is one-half of the top-selling reggaeton duo Wisin and Yandel.

The Music Industry Mental Health Fund is an expansion of UMG’s four-year partnership with MHA. The initial healthcare partnership offers a “healthcare concierge to clients.” It has “already served nearly 1,000 clients and saved them more than $12.5 million in healthcare costs,” according to a release.

Universal Music Group and the Music Health Alliance are extending their partnership to launch the Music Industry Mental Health Fund. The move notably comes less than two weeks after Best New Artist winner Chappell Roan called out record labels for not supporting their up-and-coming artists at the 2025 Grammys — where she specifically mentioned healthcare.

The "We Got You! Campaign," a collaboration between Roan and Backline, a nonprofit organization that prioritizes mental health in the music industry, raised nearly $250,000 in the first 48 hours of its launch.

The "Hot to Go" singer was joined by Noah Kahan and Charli XCX in donating $25,000 each to health care support for developing artists.
