The National High School Football Hall of Fame announced its 2025 class Wednesday with big names such as Leroy Kelly, Warren Moon and Michael Vick.

Bay Area native and lifelong Raiders fan CC Sabathia is headed to the Baseball Hall of Fame. He enters Cooperstown along with legendary Mariners outfielder Ichiro Suzuki and Astros Pitcher Billy Wagner.

The addition of Kentucky quarterback Tim Couch and Alabama cornerback Antonio Langham with the Class of 2024 brought to 104 the number of Hall of Famers who played in the SEC. The conference also has had 30 of its coaches reach the College Football Hall of Fame, including Saban.

Terrence Metcalf, father of Seahawks wide receiver DK Metcalf, played seven seasons for the Chicago Bears from 2002-08. More importantly in this case, he was a star in his time at Ole Miss from 1997-01, earning consensus All-American honors in his final season. He was later inducted into the Ole Miss and Mississippi Sports Hall of Fame.
