Almost exactly 14 months ago, the tension was beginning to show around the Philadelphia Eagles, but after a strong year, Nick Sirianni has the City of Brotherly Love dreaming of Super Bowl success.

Early in the season, Philly’s triumph in the Big Easy looked far from likely. But the team united behind a clear message and a foundation years in the making.

"I think people have an opinion of the way they think a head coach should be," Sirianni said. “But you’ve got to be who you are."
