The Wayans family, who through film, TV, sketch and stand-up comedy, have both entertained and created countless jobs both on and off camera in Hollywood, will be feted at this year’s NAACP Image Awards.

Dave Chappelle will receive the President's Award at the 56th NAACP Image Awards, while the Wayans Family get inducted into the NAACP Hall of Fame.

Comedian Dave Chappelle has been chosen to receive the NAACP Image Awards’ most prestigious honor this year. The Emmy and Grammy Award winner will be recognized with the President’s Award for his “thought-provoking humor” during the civil rights organization’s 56th event later this month.
