Jordan Poole had himself a night going against his former team in a loss Saturday night, knocking down eight 3-pointers on his way to 38 points, with five rebounds and assists each. After the game, Poole told Marc Spears of ESPN's Andscape he still loved "most" of the guys in that locker room,

Stephen Curry and Jordan Poole have challenged each other since the Golden State Warriors drafted Poole 28th overall in 2019. They would see who could make more shots in a row in practice and go at it in scrimmages,

Following Poole's comments, Warriors forward Draymond Green took to Twitter to respond to his former teammate's quote. Green responded to a tweet from Marc J. Spears of ESPN with an apology for Poole.
