Goldsboro police found 38-year-old Kevin Posey suffering from gunshot wounds in the 600 block of Madison Avenue.

According to the Goldsboro Police Department, officers responded at around 5:48 p.m. to a ShotSpotter alert on the 600 block of W. Oak Street. While investigating the alert, police said a man arrived at UNC Health Wayne with apparent gunshot wounds.
