Boca Raton officials may soon give their blessing to a large mixed-use project that will include more than 1,200 residential units.

AdventHealth — the only national nonprofit health care system headquartered in Florida — bought three parcels of land in St. Johns County for $13.14 million on Wednesday, according to county records.

At its height, Big Lots had 106 stores in Florida. Twelve are among the nation's 200 that may survive bankruptcy. One of those 12 is in Bay County.
