Several streets in downtown San Francisco are closing to drivers as the city hosts a pair of huge events on the same weekend. Happening on Saturday night, the Lunar New Year celebration will weave through the Financial District toward Chinatown while the Chase Center presents some of the biggest events during the NBA All-Star Weekend.
