Every year, Team Ruff and Team Fluff face off in the annual Puppy Bowl, which is one of the biggest dog adoption events in the United States. And, this year, Maryland has representation on Team Ruff: Rocky! Rocky is an American pit bull terrier who was born with limb differences and is representing the organization Pets with Disabilities.
