HARDY, Ark. (KAIT) - Arkansas State Police issued a Silver Alert Thursday night for a missing Hardy woman. Robbie Jeanne Stevens, 67, disappeared Wednesday, January 15, around 1:30 p.m. on East Valley Drive. Stevens is described as 5′5″, weighing 122 pounds, with blonde hair and brown eyes.
