Marcus Freeman proves Notre Dame right as Irish ride nation's longest winning streak into CFP title game

Freeman will be the first Black head coach in an FBS national championship, which occurs Jan. 20 on Martin Luther King Jr.
Freeman, 39, would fit the Bears’ need for a culture-changer. He has at least a cursory knowledge of the franchise, too.
