State police say a Norwich man is facing DUI-related charges after allegedly driving over 130 mph while under the influence earlier this month. Logan Mirmozaffari, 28, of Norwich was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs and reckless driving.

A man was arrested for driving over 130 MPH while impaired in Norwich early Sunday morning. Police say that at around 12:48 a.m., a trooper was conducting speed enforcement on I-395 south in Norwich when he saw a Kia sedan traveling at an extremely high rate of speed.
