Chicken Parmesan Casserole
Pull this golden, crispy chicken Parmesan casserole from the oven, and revel in the smell of bubbling marinara and melted cheese wafting through your kitchen.
Preheat your oven to 425 degrees. In a 9 by 13 baking dish, stir together a one-pound package of uncooked ziti or other shelled pasta with a 24-ounce jar of marinara sauce (original, nothing added).
Any short pasta such as penne, cavatappi, or farfalle can be used in place of ziti. The pasta will continue to soften as it bakes, so be sure to boil it until just al dente to prevent mushy pasta.
