One of my all-time favorites is Savory Puff Pastry Spinach Squares. These treats are not just delicious; they are also easy to prepare and make for an excellent appetizer or snack for any gathering.

Unfold puff pastry ... Prick pastry all over with a fork. Cut into thirds to yield three 4-inch-wide strips, then cut strips crosswise into thirds (you should have nine 4-inch squares).

As it turns out, with sheets of store-bought frozen puff pastry ... Cut into 8 (about 5-inch) squares. Divide the filling evenly between the pastry squares (about 1/4 cup each).
