Redfoo is taking shots at a career in tennis. The LMFAO artist, who catapulted his way through the charts with hits like "Shots," "Sexy and I Know It" and "Party Rock Anthem," has put the microphone down and picked up a racket.

Stefan “Redfoo” Gordy, 49-year-old son of Motown Records founder Berry Gordy and one half of party-rocking dance-rap novelty hitmakers LMFAO, is an aspiring tennis star. For a few years in the ’10s, Redfoo was dating the Belarusian tennis star Victoria Azarenka when she was the #1-ranked women’s player in the world.

Stefan Kendal Gordy, 49, or “Redfoo,” made his professional tennis debut in Egypt’s M15 Sharm El Sheikh. It is part of the ITF Men’s World Tennis Tour. There may be some dispute about whether this was his actual debut. Tennis World notes Gordy initially jumped to professional tennis in September 2016.

Former LMFAO star Redfoo has made his professional tennis debut at the age of 49. A long-time fan of the sport after playing as a junior before music took over, Redfoo — who plays under his real name Stefan Gordy — has made sporadic appearances in amateur events over the years.

LMFAO's Redfoo is getting back out on the court, this time making his professional tennis debut in Egypt after previously attempting to compete in the 2013 U.S. Open. The rapper played Norway's Leyton Rivera during the Sharm El Sheikh tournament.
