Make the Road New Jersey's outreach effort to inform immigrants of their rights came to Perth Amboy on a cold Tuesday night.

Diego Bartesaghi, communications manager for Make the Road New Jersey, was on hand to supervise the eight volunteers who gathered in an office in downtown Perth Amboy before going out into the night.

The property joins seven other multi-unit properties, including a 20-unit rooming house also on Smith Street, in the YMCA's housing portfolio.
