The combustion engine version of the Chevy Blazer is reportedly being discontinued and will eventually only be offered as an EV, sources tell GM Authority. Both the Chevy Blazer EV and the gas-powered Chevy Blazer have been assembled at GM’s Ramos Arizpe plant in Mexico,

The gas-fed Blazer could get the axe after the 2025 model year, as GM is expected to drop some ICE SUVs from its lineup.

The discontinuation of the gas-powered Chevy Blazer will also reportedly affect its Cadillac siblings, the XT5 and XT6.
