The New England Patriots have officially ironed out Mike Vrabel's staff for the 2025 season. After a flurry of interviews and hirings on both sides of the ball, the Patriots have flipped their staff upside-down to hopefully right the ship heading into their first year of the Vrabel era.

New Patriots coach Mike Vrabel’s coaching staff will have several familiar faces from his time with the Tennessee Titans.

Deron Mayo, 36, has been with New England since 2018, serving as an assistant strength coach under Moses Cabrera until he was elevated into the head role last season. Before that he was playing the game as a linebacker, spending the summer of 2011 with the Broncos before heading to the CFL from 2012-17.
