Houston police say they've learned the identity of the gunman who they say shot a woman to death inside a car in west Houston Tuesday night. The shooter is the victim's younger brother, according to the Houston Police Department,

Police believe the suspect and the woman were in the car together before the deadly shooting. Investigators were reviewing surveillance video, trying to get a suspect description.

HOUSTON — A man was shot and killed at a gas station in southeast Houston late Monday, according to the Houston Police Department. The shooting occurred shortly before 10 p.m. at a Shell gas station near the intersection of South Loop East and Cullen Boulevard.
