According to downdetector.com, there were more than 11,500 reports of Instagram being down as of 9:25 a.m. ET Wednesday. By 10:15 a.m. ET, outage reports were down to 1,515. By 11:10 a.m. ET, outage reports were down to 246.

Meta Platforms's Instagram was down for thousands of users in the U.S. on Wednesday morning, according outage tracking website Downdetector.com. There were more than 6,549 incidents of people reporting issues with the platform as of 9:16 a.
