Hugh Jackman has been forced to cancel his upcoming one-off performance at BST Hyde Park. The Australian performer, 56, was due to take to the stage at the summertime concert series in London on Sunday July 6. However it’s now been announced the show will no longer be going ahead.

Our best bet is that Jackman's scheduling conflict is to shoot his scenes as Wolverine for 2026's Avengers Doomsday, which sees the return of Robert Downey Jr to the MCU. The Marvel blockbuster movie is due to film in London from March to August this year.

Wolverine star Hugh Jackman has canceled his upcoming London concert this summer due to “unforeseen” circumstances, and Marvel fans think this could mean that the X-Man is returning to the MCU. The star broke the news on Twitter writing,

Hugh Jackman announced on Feb. 3 that he will no longer be able to perform a concert he had scheduled at London's Hyde Park on July 6. "London ... I can't wait to you soonest possible," Jackman wrote in his statement on Instagram Stories.
