Samsung Galaxy S25 has arrived, and now you have a decision to make. Samsung showed off its latest flagship phones at its Galaxy Unpacked event on Wednesday, which means people with older Samsung phones might be wondering whether or not it's worth upgrading.

Samsung has launched its 2025 flagship lineup: the Galaxy S25, S25+, and S25 Ultra. As expected, the company discussed its latest innovation in AI, collaboration with Google for Gemini, and its integration in One UI 7 throughout the majority of the event.

The differences between the Galaxy S24 Ultra and S25 Ultra are few and far between. However, the two most notable updates on the S25 Ultra are the new Snapdragon 8 Elite chip and the 50MP ultrawide shooter. Additionally, the S25 Ultra is a bit tougher and sleeker.

The Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra (256GB) is on sale at Best Buy for $999.99, down from the list price of $1,299.99. That's a 23% discount.

The Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra S Pen no longer supports Bluetooth connectivity, removing features like Air Actions. Samsung says the change was made due to low user engagement and suggests using other devices. The S Pen is now lighter and battery-free, contributing to the phone's reduced overall weight.

Without a trade-in, Samsung is kindly just going to knock $300 off the price. And that’s for all colors. That means with no trade-in you can get the Galaxy S24 for as low as $800.
