The official government website for the Stonewall National Monument has replaced the acronym LGBTQ with "LGB," eliminating the words transgender and queer, and now, the Army is officially banning transgender recruits.
Donald Trump has been branded “cruel and petty” for a change to a historical US monument which has had the effect of “erasing history” according to some.
Mace is one of the loudest anti-transgender voices in Congress and repeatedly shouted the slur during an oversight hearing.
The vote came in direct response to President Trump’s sweeping executive orders to change federal gender policy.
