PennDOT and the PA Turnpike are restricting tractor-trailers and other vehicles during the winter storm Wednesday night into Thursday morning.

An ice storm forecast to impact Pennsylvania and other parts of the region has prompted PennDOT to plan restrictions of commercial vehicle traffic on many routes in the state.
