Authorities are looking to arrest a robber who "haggles" with his victims before stealing, according to policeA thief who bargains with his victims over their property is being sought after by police in New York City.

The NYPD said they are looking for an unusual robbery suspect who has struck nearly a dozen times in Brooklyn and Queens — with how he picks his victims and how the robberies go down certainly being atypical.

Since early November, the suspect has targeted 11 victims in Brooklyn and Queens. The victims are generally Hispanic men between 20 and 40 on their way home from work in the wee hours of the morning,
