President Donald Trump and Vice President J.D. Vance take the stage with their loved ones to close out inauguration day at the different inaugural balls in Washington, DC, on Jan. 20, 2025.

President Trump attended three official balls Monday night after his inauguration, accompanied by Melania Trump, Vice President JD Vance and Usha Vance.

Melania and Usha drew praise for their fashion senses at the Commander in Chief inaugural ball. Melania wore a white dress with a black strip running through it, forming a “Z” on her torso. Usha wore a dress with several different shades of blue imposed over one another, sparkling under the light.
