We would like to purchase tickets for the Jewel concert and want to know if the balcony tickets on the side are preferable to the second to last row on the first floor.

I was just there in June 2015. There werent any seats on the ground floor. Just a wooden dance floor. Upstairs there Was seating, and I preferred center row.
