Very nice park with plenty of scenic walking trails. Very nice boardwalk that takes you over a lake. Very peaceful walk on the side opposite the fishing pier.Full review by 58edm

We will be traveling in a 28’ class c motorhome this weekend. From what I understand the campsite isn’t exactly walking distance to the beach and we will not be towing our Tahoe. Is it possible to park the motorhome near the beach for a couple hours? And what about parking near a trail or two to walk the pups?

There is a dog park in the state park and a parking lot, paid, across the highway from the park big enough for your rv
