Sitting on a hill on the popular west side of town, the location could not be better - only five minutes to downtown Flagstaff, ten minutes to NAU and just over one hour to the Grand Canyon. A 15 minute drive will put you at the base of Snowbowl (with no need to drive through downtown Flagstaff). Some of the best hiking and mountain biking trails in Arizona are just a few minutes away. After all the fun, enjoy a soak in the outdoor hot tub. Beds: - Master (upstairs): KING - Bedroom 2 upstairs): QUEEN - Bedroom 3 (downstairs): TWIN OVER FULL BUNK BED Pack-n-play and foam camping mattress also available THINGS TO KNOW: - The driveway is a bit steep (see photo). The upside is that you will have nice views! It is cleared after a snowfall. - There is no air-conditioning. Usually the mountain climate is cool enough to keep things very pleasant.
