Location; clean; nice property owner
Communication prior to running into the property owner was not great (no responses sometimes). Heater couldn’t be turned up (remote partly nonfunctional).

The location was great
Was disappointed no pond or horses. Vegetation was dead. There was a spider. And water took 15 minutes to get hot.
