Sorry this is a nearly 3 years later response, but no. Even with permission, anyone under the age of 18 within the United States of America cannot participate in any form of skydiving. Be it tandem, or student/solo jumps as written by USPA guidelines. Your non USPA certified dz’s will sometimes accept tandem students no younger than the age of 16. Personally, I would stick with a dz such as Skydive Sebastian that is not only USPA certified, but strictly follows USPA guidelines.

What is the cost for skydive sebastian and duration for it?
A:
I don't know, we just went there to observe but there are many jumps - probably 15-20 every 20 minutes so I would guess duration is 20-30 minutes
