Hello Jane! While I'm not 100% sure, it could be a challenge for a person to move around at this place with physical limitations. The parking is hard packed gravel sometimes uneven but flat to access the beach. They seem to offer the beach wheelchair so they should have thought about access. There is a boardwalk that runs along the beach which is flat, but their might be a step, I can't recall. Picnic tables in a shaded area is not too far from the parking. Hope you can enjoy this place as we did.
