I only spent time at the lookout point and not the entire park. The part of the park I went to was not appropriate for biking. You may want to do a search to make sure.

Later fall colors can be very beautiful, if a bit more sparse. This is the time frame when the russets and browns of the oak leaves are more prevalent and the understory canopy is open, allowing for clearer pictures of the terrain and views into the distance, especially from up on the bluff tops.
