It’s about a 15 minute drive from St Peter Port. There is no direct bus. It is possible to get a bus going to the airport and to ask the driver to let you know the stop closest to the museum and it’s about 10 - 15 minutes walk from the stop. If you are on a tight time schedule a taxi would make sure you get there and back to the port in the time that you have. I don’t know what that would cost you though.
