Barbara, Thank you visiting us at Emily Carr House. We are pleased that you enjoyed your visit. The 'musty' smell that you encountered was actually the strong fragrance of the Casablanca lilies in the Ikebana(Japanese style flower arrangement)that we had on display to compliment the art show of Scottish artist ,Euan Gray, "Monuments of Cedar". We look forward to meeting you again as every season we have different displays of art and special events.
